      Daily Responsibilities

      Job Qualifications:

      • Maintain required tools for Level 5 Service Technicians.
      • Perform advanced HVAC repairs, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance.
      • Handle electrical, refrigeration, and low-voltage installations.
      • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and material lists.
      • Provide repair and replacement options to customers

      Job Responsibilities:

      • Maintain required tools for Level 5 Service Technicians.
      • Perform advanced HVAC repairs, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance.
      • Handle electrical, refrigeration, and low-voltage installations.
      • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and material lists.
      • Provide repair and replacement options to customers.
      • Acquire and manage maintenance agreements.
      • Train and mentor Service Technicians (Levels 1-4).
      • Operate tools, lifts, and balance systems safely.
      • Ensure professional communication with customers, contractors, and team members.
      • Maintain truck and shop inventory.
      • Complete service forms and follow dispatch instructions.
      • Report issues with tools, equipment, or vehicles promptly.
      • Lead technical training and in-house seminars.
      • On-call for emergency service as needed.

      Job Qualifications:

      • At least 5 years of sales experience
      • High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s degree preferred)
      • Previous experience in service agreement sales and estimating
      • Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset
      • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
      • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      • Proficiency with computers and relevant software
      • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
      • Valid driver’s license and eligibility to drive under company insurance
